How do i transfer a owner financing note into an LLC

I recently owner financed a home that i own free and clear, no mortgage, in my name. Since then I have created an LLC and would like to transfer ownership of that note into my LLC. How do I go about doing this?

@David Mills @Frank Werner There is no deed involved here, just the not and mortgage.  It will be by an assignment, recorded in the county records, use an attorney.
