How can I start investing as a 23 year old with no debt?
I am a 23 year old firefighter, I'm proud to say I'm debt free and carrying a credit score of 760. I want to start investing in real estate but I'm unsure where to start. I've read BRRR, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and Rich Dad Poor Dad. I'm inspired but unsure of what direction to take. Has anyone been in this position? If so what steps did you take to push past the initial barrier?
