Foreign resort - Cyprus
Hi all. New to this. Was looking at a few options and probably gonna settle on a resort apartment in a newly built complex where tenants would be weekly or bi welly holiday makers. Been given modest projections and it all looks good. Accounted for about a 70% occupation for the year.
Just wondering if anyone has experience with this kind of investment? Do the costs cover your investment and is it harder to get people into the apartment year round?
