Chicago RE Lawyer with Auction Experience
My client won a foreclosure auction but we're having trouble finding a RE lawyer to go over the contract and only have until close of business Monday. First one said the auction site contract was too complicated and passed on it. Second one said they'd look into it but didn't return phone calls on Friday.
