Can Anyone Recommend a Texas Mortgage Lender?

I'm purchasing a duplex near New Braunfels, TX. Can anyone recommend a great TX mortgage lender? Looking for (1) low rates as I may be putting up to 50% down, (2) attention to detail/speed of closing, and low fees.
