How much of my closing costs can I wrap into my mortgage?
Looking to purchase a duplex next year to house hack. I’m a real estate agent so I am going to use my commission as part of my down payment. I also want to wrap some of my closing costs into my mortgage. How much of my closing costs can I wrap into my loan?
