I've been renting this house for a year and see great potential in it. Has not been renovated and a couple of houses in the complex have sold well after repairs. I am proposing to the landlord to finance it. What would be the best strategy?
Also, if anyone has a good title company to refer me to in the Union County NJ area that would awesome.
Many use the 2 or 3 offer approach. I could go into more detail, but I think it'd be easier to just show you what an investor offered me a while back. PM me with your email address, and I can send it over.
You can present an offer with seller financing to the seller. If they accept, you can secure them in first-lien position as the mortgage holder. If you want, you can PM me and I can give you more information and recommend a great title agency.
