Deals NOT on MLS

Seriously, how do you find homes that are NOT on MLS? If you do not have MLS access, how is one supposed to know if the property is or is not on MLS?

Don't rule out properties on the MLS. Last condo flip I found for my investor was overpriced and on the market way to long. They were asking 165,000 and we picked it up for 117,500. Sellers get worn down pretty quick when they have zero offers and their last offer fell out of contract.
