ADU in Napa for Long Term Rental
Hi Everyone, we are looking to build a small ADU (under 500 square feet) in our front yard (checked with the City and this is okay as long as we meet setback requirements.) We're hoping to keep total project costs around $100K, which probably means going pre-fab. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also, any recommendations for someone to lay the foundation slab?
The reason we are doing the front yard is because we have a 1/4 acre in the City and our main home which is only 940 sq feet is set about 45-50 feet back from the sidewalk. Thanks!
