First call with potential sellers
When I first talk with a potential motivated seller what do I need to discuss and get answered? I know I need to build rapport and figure out his reasons for selling and situation but, how do I get the information on the property (i.e: bedrooms, baths, sqft, condition) in order to determine it's value so I know what to offer. And once i've determined they are a motivated seller then what do I do? Call my realtor, go look at the property? I know I sound like a newbie here but that's because I am one!
