How to find investors for a big development project in Poland?
Hi, I'm a real estate agent located in Poland. I usually sell apartments and houses. But now I have a project in hand which consists of a big piece of land and its development for which I'm trying to find the right investor.
The websites I know are usually for selling properties, not projects like these. And the ones I found that let you sell projects like this are for the US market.
Any recommendation on how/where I can look for investors interested in this kind of project?
