Baltimore Buy and Hold Rentals
Hi all! New to BP and REI. I'm interested in getting started by investing in a townhouse in Baltimore, particular in the up and coming areas such as Fed Hill, Fells Point, Locust Point, or Canton.
I'm trying to familiarize myself with the Baltimore REI community, so I would love to join any meet ups that people know of.
