If its based in Arizona, b&e is a very bad idea unless you're 100% sure the place is empty. There's a justified shooting here about once a week.

The last justified shooting I read about was a 14 year old kid who shot the bad guy, then called his dad on the cell phone. Dad came home and shot the bad guy two more times cause" he reached for his gun". No charges filed.
