FHA Lender Requirements for Exterior Doors/Access?
I have a flip property in Texas that has 1 exterior entry/exit door. It is a single story home (pier & beam...so it is a bit elevated) and every bedroom has at least 1 window. There is no back door or secondary door. One agent stated this would have to be added, but I cannot find anywhere that states this as a requirement for FHA lending or FHA homes. I'd appreciate any guidance on this from those with experience on this matter. Thanks!
