Hey guys, I live in Atlanta, currently own one out of state property, closing on my second, and looking to get involved in the local real estate market and meet like minded people. Hi Does anyone have any input on wether or not they supply appliances in their rentals in the Atlanta or Raleigh areas?  I would typically think that a stove and dishwasher are standard but a fridge or washer and dryer would be extras.

I currently supply the fridge as well but am considering not doing that moving forward.  I am not getting any rent premiums by including them other than my properties rent very quickly.
