Assistance with funds...
Hello I am a first time investor ready and able to buy a property. I have a certain amount in cash as a deposit but most invested properties want ALL CASH to finalize the deal.. Is there anyone out there that can help me. I have good credit and I am a full time law enforcement officer making good income. I just don't have enough of the liquid cash. Any options or lenders?
