Need Funding for Closing in 30 Days
Hey team My wife and I have run into a small snag in the funding area. We have one home in rehab process, and one home under contract. The Rehab needs a new foundation which is unexpected. We now need to secure more funding for the cash offer on the house under contract. The biggest problem is The homes that we are purchasing are 30k or less and the rehabs are rental so they may only come to 15k. We will run through reserves with the foundation repair. We need 10-15k to close and most private lenders I know of won't do anything less than 50k. Is there anyone one who may have a lender they use that will lend such a small amount? The property is in Saint Louis Mo.
