Shipping Container Homes. Is any financing available for them?

I sell luxury shipping container homes for some builders. To date, it has been an all cash market but with California relaxing laws on ADU's as well as the popularity of the use of them for AIRBNB units, it seems that there should be financing available. If anyone knows of any, I would appreciate hearing about it.
