Hey Team, I'm looking at acquiring a manufactured home up in Washington state and the seller is interested in letting me take over his mortgage. I keep hearing different rules and laws about the differences between normal houses and manufactured homes. Is there anything I need to be aware of with this transaction? Thanks for your help!
