Selling individual lots or three mobile homes
I am looking to get into REI. I have a piece of property just over 3.5 acres. Atty has advised I should be able to get three residential lots. Assuming I could get 100,000 per lot, should I sell and reinvest or attempt to get three lots and place mobile homes and get into investing that way? Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
