I am in the process of doing a subject to deal and need a real estate attorney to answer a few basic questions as well as a contract to make the deal real.  If anyone has an attorney they use or a subject to contract then could you share? I appreciate any help.

You should reach out to one of the title companies. They have an attorney on staff that should be able to answer questions and draw up a contract for you.
