Combined use CRM system? Or 2 seperate CRMs?

I am beginnning a search for an independent CRM system not associated with a brokerage. One that can manage my "day job" as a realtor, but also take on our personal REI business as well. Does this program exist or should I implement separate systems? Would love to hear what works for you all. Thanks!
