Vacation Rental PF/Gatlinburg Area
Where is the best place to begin to start searching for a property and to find the comparisons/statistics to make sure it will be a profitable investment. I will be self managing this rental and from what I have read on this site, one of the best things to do is to make sure you have a great cleaning company who will be your eyes and ears if you are not there. Any information and tips would be greatly appreciated from those of you who have learned along the way.
