Request for Repairs on Short Sale

Hi guys!

So, I'm currently under contract for a Single Family Residence built in 1995 and my home inspector found a few problems.

- Garage Disposal needs to be replace.
- Water Heater is corroded, and should be replace.

There are some other things, but what I wanted to ask you guys is have you ever asked the seller or the bank to repair the items after your inspections for a short sale?
