Typical mortgage rates now?

Hi all,

I recently started looking into mortgage rates for multifamily investment properties.

I got one quote from Chase and I am looking at other providers as well but the quote from Chase is as follows

Provider: Chase
Property Type: Multifamily Investment
Mortgage Type: 30 Year
Interest Rate: 5.25%
Down Required: 25%
Credit Score: 800+

Is this typical of the current market? What quotes have you guys seen recently for your various asks? What providers would you recommend?
