Liberal arts major?

I finish my bachelors degree in May. I am a liberal arts major considering becoming a teacher but now I am leaning towards real estate agent and hopefully future real estate investor? What do you all suggest? Be a teacher and real estate investor? Or real estate agent and then try to become investor?

I went to college to be a music teacher. That didn't work out, and most realtors hate me. That's not advice, it's just evidence that I'm bad at school and have poor people skills.
