RedX is a good platform for expired listings.

another source for motivated sellers - "For sale by owner" listings on Zillow.

Lastly, you can get leads from the county clerk's office for potential estate sales and divorce records. Not the easiest time to speak to folks about selling their property but the motivation is certainly there.
