Termites in a potential property.
Looking to acquire a 3 bdr sfh in my town that has been foreclosed and priced 1/2 of appraised value. There are signs of a termite infestation. Termite trails leading into the weep hole and in the walls and fascia boards.
Interested if anyone has bought a house with termite and has information about there remediation, to include costs and any un-expected problems.
