Buying rough space from a Master Developer
Is it common for Master Developers to sell rough space from a building they are developing? Is it a red flag that he is choosing to sell rather than develop on his own (he has developed some of the units, but has several other buildings he is working on)? We are meeting this Friday..are there any questions that are musts to ask regarding the development? We are looking to purchase the space and build out a luxury condo and sell it. Any info/help is greatly appreciated!
