Wholesale Contract Agreement
Good Sunday morning. My questions is regarding wholesaling contracts. What if anything is preventing a seller and end buyer "hooking up" and working a deal after the assignment contract expires? it seems too easy to do and that will eliminate "screw over" the wholesaler after all his/her hard work.
