How to buy a reversed mortgage property?
I’ve identified a property that I would like to buy. The problem is that it is owned by a bank that took ownership through a reverse mortgage. The tenant has since died and the bank has been unable to find the rightful heir to make sales decisions. Any thoughts on how to proceed with illiciting a sale?
