After close of escrow

Hello everyone,

after the close of escrow the buyer found out that the installation of the AC units has not been performed properly. It was part of the Request for Repair. We waived the final walk through, according to the buyer will. I told the buyer that there is nothing we can request at this point to the seller.

What are your thoughts about it?

Thanks!

This is why you don't waive walk throughs. I had a seller report that they had fixed all the issues we reported from the inspection. I drove by the house and called our agent telling her none of the work had been done. They very promptly sent over an addendum offering a credit.
