Investing in Puerto Rico

Edgar Emilio
Posted

Hey guys, I’m new to the community and really enjoying everything.

I have a question about investing in Puerto Rico.

I’m a wholesaler (or at least looking to be one soon) and I have almost everything ready to do deals in Puerto Rico, but I have a question:

Let's say I get a lead, and they want to sell. I know in other states we use sites like Redfin to see the properties sold recently in the area so we can calculate an ARV and make our offer.

But these sites like Zillow / Redfin don’t seem to be a good resource for this information in Puerto Rico.

What other methods do you guys recommend using that could provide accurate data in order to make a good offer?

Thanks and happy holidays!
