USDA Rural Development Multi Family Housing Loan/guarantees
Hi everyone,
I'm kind of new to investing. I've been trying to find a way to use to use the USDA rural development Multi Family housing loan or guarantees but every loan officer I speak to tells me it's impossible to USDA for a multifamily property. Has anyone used a USDA loan or loan guarantee to purchase a multifamily property? The program is described at www.rd.usda.gov but that's as far as it goes. Any guidance is highly appreciated. I'm looking from the area of central Massachusetts. Thank you.
