Land purchase to breakdown for resale
I am completely new to investing in real estate. I have been looking to buy some undeveloped land with the intention to break down and sell as lots or acres. How long do I have before I can break it up and sell it in pieces? Don’t want to buy if I have to sit on it for a bunch of years. Anyone who has prior knowledge that can give some advice.
