What do you all think about this deal? 235 units asking price $8.5 million 0% occupancy. Built in 1971 estimate rehab $3 million from agent. Input please.

 How much would each unit rent for once ready? Location? if it's in a town of 45 people probably a bad deal. What were the rent rolls before everybody fled the building? Why'd they flee?
