Owner Occupied Investment Property
Looking for some suggestions on funding for a 3 Unit property in which we would live in one of the units. It pulls in a very good profit each year, but we are struggling to find financing due to the asking amount, and that we are self employed. We do have perfect credit though and would be considered first time home buyers since it has been 3 years since owning our last home. We also could put around 5% down. Been hearing about finding a private investor to purchase the home for us and then we refinance after a year to pay them back. Is that a thing? Also been hearing about CIX for situations like this, but it has some mixed reviews. Would love to hear any suggestions you may have!!!
