Options On Inherited Rental Property
I inherited a rental property that has no mortgage and currently has a long-term tenant. What are my options in terms of accessing the equity to reinvest in future investments? Can I do a cash-out refinance when I have no mortgage (hence, nothing to technically "refinance")?
