First Few Investments

Hi All,

I am looking for my first real estate investment property. I have been looking at two different methods of acquiring my first deal which are either buying a foreclosed property or going through a probate attorney. I would greatly appreciate hearing how any of you entered into your first few deals and how they went for you.
