@Michael Steele not a problem. I feel like the Bakersfield market is doing well and going strong. We have been seeing a lot of good cash flowing properties coming on the market, even some of the 1% deals are coming back.
As far as the city is concerned, development is going pretty well with some new apartment complexes coming on grid. We also have some good commercial development and large industrial development going on as well.
