New developments in California Central Valley.
Hello there, I am new to the forum and have been doing research in the central valley in California. Specifically Merced, Madera, Fresno. There are new developments around 200 to 300 K range with rental prices around 1600.
I am curious if anyone has any expertise in this area and or have any properties that they have established there.
