lender is requesting a copy of inspection report

I am under contract on a three unit property in Jacksonville, Florida, and my inspection is scheduled for this week.

My lender has requested a copy of the inspection report.

Am I obligated to give them a copy?

I don't remember having a bank request this from me before.

Also, they have not had the property appraised yet.
