What professional are you looking to speak at a networking event?

I host real estate networking events and I am trying to poll what type of professional they would like to hear at a networking event.

1) Experienced Out-of-State Investor
2) Experienced Local Investor
3) Syndicator
4) Contractor
5) Attorney(specializes in LLC creation)
6) Attorney(specializes in evictions)
7) CPA
8) Home Inspector
9) Appraiser
10) Cost-segregation expert
11) Other

I would greatly appreciate any feedback that anyone has. I really want to improve the quality of my networking events. Answers to questions like this will allow me to improve.

P.S. I host my networking events in NYC but I think anyone can help provide me feedback.
