Flippers Insurance? Any suggestions?

Trying to find reputable insurance company for fix and flipping? Having a little trouble searching on line and intrested if anyone had a referral? The property is in Sacramento. Thanks!

I've never had to file a claim, but then I never filed a claim on NREIG - they probably both cover our insurance through Lloyds of London.

NREIG was a preferred provider with National REIA a very long time ago, they had a spat and broke up.

Arcana has been the preferred provider for several years, and I have not had any complaints on them.

@Kim Tucker Hello Kim! Have you had to file a claim against Arcana? Do you still use them? I am looking at them as an option to NREIG and wanted to make sure they are a decent company. Thank you for any information you can provide on them!

For vacant insurance

I currently use Arcana and if you connect with a REIA group that is a part of National REIA they have some of the best prices ever.

I have also used APIA and found them to be the easiest to work with, despite arcana being 100 percent auto,ate and instant access once set up.

Also in the game is NREIG

All insure nationally.

Your local REIA group might have standard national insurance companies that broker a few other products for your vacant houses.

Hi @Anthony Vargas! I am also in the Sacramento area. For my flips, Foremost is the go-to carrier and offer a true Flip Insurance policy to protect you fully. NREIG would be a back up option. Normally they are a little bit more expensive than Foremost. Also, AU Gold through Lloyd's is the preferred carrier if you have ground up construction or demolition. Be careful as many Brokers may try to place you with a preferred carrier (Nationwide, Travelers, etc.) under a rental property policy (Dwelling Fire) that won't protect you. Hi @Anthony Vargas Surprise surprise, I found State Farm to cover my rehab at a decent price. I am in Missouri but it is a national company.
