Elgin, IL Single Family Lot - Need a developer
A colleague of mine is a developer, and she has been growing her portfolio more in the city (with less and less of a focus in the suburbs). With all she has going in the city, she doesn't have the bandwidth right now, and thus looking to sell her project in Elgin. Beautiful lot on a pond with permits and plans for a single family ready to go. Anyone have ideas or leads on developers, builders, or even aspiring new construction homeowners that could be interested in taking it forward? Or suggestion for agents in the area that might have the right developer relationships? Thx!
