Hey guys, a few members and I of our team are traveling to San Antonio next month to visit areas, brokers, Property managers, to start building a team there. We are looking to buy 50-100 units.

Any tips on areas, where not to buy, best upcoming areas, must know people to talk to and possibly work with, etc.  Trying to get a feel of the city next month. We could only do so much online, and I want to start talking to people in person and driving around areas.

Any help appreciated on areas to buy, avoid, up and coming, peeps to know, etc.
