Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac
Hey BP!
Can someone explain to me what a Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae loan is? I own some multifamily property but all my loans are through a local bank. I guess I'm just wondering what these type of loans consist of? Down payments, terms, requirements, etc.? My goal is to eventually purchase a 40-100 unit apartment complex, would a Freddie Mac loan be useful for me? Thanks!
