Buying Near New Apartment Complex (Also has no garage/driveway)
Hello All,
I am considering buying a SFH near a future apartment complex (higher end 210 unit) in Framingham, MA. The SFH is a wedge deal where I can see significant places for forced appreciation (definitely needs some TLC), but there are two major concerns I have: it has no garage/driveway in a suburban area, and the new apartment complex being built.
Is it a wise decision to go for this one?
