I need help finding a way to start flipping houses.

I am in the Army so I don’t have a lot of time on my hand. I just wish I could find someone too help shadow me through the process of flipping a contract on a house (not fix and flip). I’m not “dumb” to the process I just need help to fill in some gray area and have more of a hands on experience.
