Short Term Rental Operator

I'm interested in discussing short term rental (STR) opportunities in NYC; specifically Brooklyn and Queens. Do you operate a STR or have knowledge of the subject? I would love to learn more about your experiences. Anyone who is an experienced operator but may not have the properties or capital to start doing it themselves.

I have one so far in a beach town, Ahmed, and hope to close on number 2 this quarter.  Same area.   We manage it ourselves.    The guy you need to meet in here and talk to on the phone after you do is @Luke Carl.   He has a pile of them!  Not in your market (Or mine, for that matter), but is a leading authority and is extremely helpful.
